🧩 Our Process: From Planning to Delivery

Define Scope
We clarify your objective and define on the cabin list all the areas the customer wants to modify (e.g. layout change, seating upgrade) and collect pre-mod data (MSN, LOPA, finish standards). -
Eligibility Check
We verify MSN/mod status and part eligibility against the intended configuration. -
BOM Development
We build a zone-based BOM (Bill of Material) containing of e.g. sidewalls, dado/linings, PSUs, partitions/monuments, overhead bins as applicable. -
GAP analysis & alternates
We identify shortages, propose eligible alternates or refurbishment or modifications options. -
Quote & Lead Time
We provide a detailed quote including pricing, lead times, and kitting by area or by aircraft. -
Delivery & documentation
We deliver kitted materials with traceability & serviceable certifications (e.g. EASA Form 1).
🔎 What we need from you to start a BOM
- MSN (Manufacturer Serial Number)
- Pre-modification data, such as the LOPA of the affected zone and targeted goals
- Finish standards (trim & finish) and any specific certification requirements
