Our commitment to improvement and sustainability
At aviationscouts GmbH, we believe that customer feedback is not just a formality — it’s a driving force behind our service and product improvements. In 2024, we launched a simple but powerful initiative:
For every completed satisfaction survey, we donated €10 to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The result?
We saw a 5× increase in response rate compared to the previous year. Thanks to this initiative, we collected 17 completed surveys — a significant jump from only 3 in 2023.
